While internship, a beginner can get a huge learning opportunity, providing they’re hungry for it. I still remember in back in the day where XD was newly launched and the place where I was an intern used to hesitate to switch to XD and hence it gave me a chance to mai screens using illustrator and special or wow effects using photoshop. I’m not advocating that this is the way to be but it did teach me fundamentals of design principles. Making me independent of any specific tool to this day

4 Document Success

Keep a record of your contributions and successes during your internship. Whether it's positive feedback from a user test, a successful feature launch, or a design that met the project's goals, document these achievements. This portfolio can be a powerful tool when discussing full-time opportunities with your employer. It provides tangible proof of your skills and the value you've brought to the company.

5 Seek Feedback

Feedback is a goldmine for improvement. Regularly ask for feedback on your work from supervisors and peers. This not only shows that you're eager to learn and grow but also helps you understand areas for development. Constructive criticism is vital for honing your UX skills and ensuring you are meeting the company's expectations. Embrace feedback and use it as a stepping stone to enhance your performance and employability.

As an intern there will always be two kind of seniors,One would be a supportive and other would be a critique. Both of these kinds are necessary to shape , organize and give vision to your thinking. Internship without a mentor can be challenging but not impossible.
