  • In a pan, cook the ground beef until cooked all the way through. Drain grease well. Place the cooked ground beef in theslow cooker. Then add in the chopped onions, carrots, and celery.
  • Add the peas, corn, kidney beans, tomatoes, and potatoes to the slow cooker.
  • Mix the ingredients around a little bit, so they are evenly cooked.

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef or ground turkey
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 3 stalks celery chopped
  • 3 carrots chopped
