This was super delicious. I used Millet instead of bugler for the gluten-free option. I also forgot to add the cumin. I still thought it was great. And my husband liked it too. It's a keeper.

very good and stands up well the next day I used cherry tomatoes for a better presentation and doubled up on the lemon juice

This is one of my favorite healthy meals to make. Sometimes I don't get the rotisserie chicken, i just put the some frozen chicken in a skillet with 1/2 cup water and season with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice. Then I cut the chicken up in cubes. the best thing about this dish is that it's even better the next day. The longer it sits the better it tastes. I'll prep it the day before if I have the time, and it's perfect for lunches for the following week.

Delicious quick meal - I think it came together in 20 minutes flat. Used a regular cucumber and seeded it. Also, I cut the parsley in half and made up the difference with fresh thyme. Definitely a keeper meal for hot summer days!

Really good, even my skeptical husband really enjoyed this one. We couldn't find bulgur, so we used whole wheat Israeli couscous. I also reduced the parsley and mint by half. Look forward to making this one again, hopefully with the bulgur.

This is a great meal. Tasty and quick enough to make on a week night. One of the few I don't make any substitutions on. Even my picky husband likes it! This is in our regular meal rotation on a biweekly basis.

I love this recipe. I use Italian parsley and usually a bit more mint then it calls for. I increase the lemon juice as well. I also add green or red bell pepper and avocado. Its a great summer meal.

This was really delicious! Even my kids liked this recipe. The only thing I would do differently is to reduce the parsley by half. We had baby carrots and hummus as a side. I am looking forward to the leftovers for lunch!

This was very nice. I coudn't get barley at the local grocery store, so I used couscous. My husband asked me to make it again for his family's Fourth of July barbeque. It's a very fresh-tasting dish.

I'll do this one again and again for lunches. I didn't make any substitutions and found it to have great flavor. I'm going to try it again with white beans in place of chicken for a vegetarian lunch.

I think it needs more flavor. I would add more lemon juice to the recipe. I like the idea of adding kalamata olives. I thought it had too much parsley. It was good, but not great.

Great quick meal for the week. Thought it could use more lemon juice and olive oil for moisture. Added Kalamata olives for a little more flavor.

This has a really nice, fresh taste and it comes together quickly. I halved the recipe because I'm the only one in the house who will eat tabbouleh and I wasn't sure how the leftovers would hold up after 2+ days. I wish they would hold up for more than 2 days because this is great for dining "al desk-o". A nice fruit salad, a bottle of Perrier, and this tabbouleh was much better than anything I can buy in a nearby restaurant!

Refreshing and tasty. We ate as a salad with grilled chicken. Can add tofu instead of chicken for a more economical and healthy alternative. (Just drain tofu, cube and add with time to marinate.)

This was really, really good. Made no revisions to the recipe, & it was quite flavorful. Definitely a keeper.

This is a good dish and we will reprise this one. I want to increase the lemon and cumin next time. I thought that there was enough starch with the bulgur so this dish stood on its own. Added shredded carrots since they were on hand. I prepped everything separately before work and combined for about 1 1/2 hours when I got home. Maybe a bit more time to marinate? Let's see how it tastes for lunch...

This was very good, quick and easy. It had a nice fresh taste even without the mint and cucumbers. It will be a nice fresh summer dinner or lunch.

This was very tasty. I used pearl barley instead of bulgur and less chicken because that's what I had on hand. Very tasty; looking forward to taking it for lunch this week!
